What is SwarmMarshal CRM?

SwarmMarshal CRM is a hosted, multi-tenant customer-relationship-management web app with an AI data agent. You ask questions about your contacts, companies, deals, and support in plain English, and the agent answers from your own data using a safe, read-only query. How does the AI know my data?

The data agent translates your plain-English question into a read-only SQL query against your own CRM schema, runs it, and explains the result. It only reads; it never modifies your records, and it only ever sees your tenant's data.

Is my data isolated from other companies?

Yes. Each tenant's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, enforced by the database itself rather than only by application code. A query can only ever return your tenant's rows.

Does the CRM send my data to OpenAI or Anthropic to train models?

No. Your CRM data is not used to train any model. The data agent sends only the task-relevant context to whichever model is configured to answer a given question, and routes routine questions to cost-efficient models by default.

Can my team's own computers run the CRM's AI?

Yes. Desktops running SwarmMarshal can volunteer their local models to the CRM's compute pool — opt-in per machine and approved by an admin. Routine questions then run on hardware the team already owns, at zero per-token cost.

Can other tools and agents use the CRM?

Yes. The CRM has a built-in MCP server, so SwarmMarshal's assistant or any agent you authorize can search contacts, companies, and deals, pull the daily agenda, or ask the data agent a question — read-only, and always limited to what your CRM login is allowed to see.
