Terms for using SwarmMarshal
These terms set the public preview ground rules for the SwarmMarshal website, desktop app, community board, installers, and related services.
Last updated: May 3, 2026
Preview software
SwarmMarshal may be offered as preview, beta, or early access software. Preview builds can contain bugs, incomplete features, changing behavior, and service interruptions. Users should keep backups of important data and review agent output before relying on it.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accounts, model providers, connectors, tools, automations, and data they configure. Agents can draft, summarize, classify, and propose actions, but users remain responsible for approvals, messages sent, settings changed, files touched, and connected services used.
Acceptable use
Users may not use SwarmMarshal to break the law, violate third-party rights, abuse connected services, send spam, bypass security controls, harvest data without permission, or post abusive, deceptive, or harmful content to the community board.
Connected services
SwarmMarshal can connect to email, calendar, chat, model, MCP, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, rate-limit, reject, or revoke access at any time. SwarmMarshal is not responsible for third-party service behavior.
AI output
AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular use. Users should verify important facts, decisions, commitments, legal issues, financial issues, medical issues, security changes, and customer-facing messages before acting on them.
Community content
Users who post to the community board grant SwarmMarshal permission to host, display, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the site. We may reject or remove posts that appear abusive, spammy, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to SwarmMarshal.
Updates and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, previews, downloads, website pages, or community tools. Release manifests, installers, and update notices are provided to help users stay current, but users should verify that downloads come from official SwarmMarshal channels.
No warranty
SwarmMarshal is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every service, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwarmMarshal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or third-party account issues.
